These terms & condition in our website is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under information technology act, 2000 and rules made there under and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents or records in various statutes as amended by the information technology act, 2000. These terms & condition does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature.

Devdut application is not eligible to have contract with a minor, unsound or intoxicated person is void, as they are incompetent to contract. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you are only permitted to access our app under the supervision and prior consent of your parent or legal guardian. By accepting the T&Cs or by accessing our Services on the Devdut Application, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed by Devdut, or disqualified for any other reason, from availing the Devdut Services. In addition, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the T&C as part of this Agreement. Finally, you shall not impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. Finally, in the event of any violation of the T&Cs, Devdut has the right to suspend or permanently prevent you from availing service in Devdut Application.
Intellectual property Rights
The Website and the processes, and their selection and arrangement, including but not limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds and music (if any), artwork and computer code (collectively, the "Content") on the Website is owned and controlled by Devdut or its licensors and the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel and arrangement of such Content is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Devdut, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. If any misconduct or any violation of the T&Cs, Devdut has the right to suspend or permanently prevent you from availing service in Devdut Application.

To the full extent permissible law, Devdut and its third-party partners disclaim all warranties or guarantees – whether statutory, express or implied – including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Devdut or through the Devdut Services will create any warranty or guarantee other than those expressly stated herein. For the purposes of this Disclaimer, You expressly acknowledge that as used in this section, the term “Devdut” includes Devdut officers, directors, and employees. You acknowledge that Devdut user. The Devdut services and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Devdut services are provided by Devdut on an "as is" and "as available" basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. Devdut makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Devdut services, or the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Devdut services, unless otherwise specified in writing. You may need your own Devdut account to use certain Devdut Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Immediately notify Devdut of any unauthorized use of Your Account Information or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from Your Account at the end of each session. Devdut cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Devdut or any other user of or visitor to the Website due to authorized or unauthorized use of Your Account as a result of your failure in keeping Your Account Information secure and confidential.
We try our level best to transact or give services smoothly on Devdut Website but in some corner there may arrive some disputes among buyers and sellers. Disputes are filed as a result of a disagreement between the Buyer and the Seller. Disputes arise out of an issue that is raised by either party not being completely satisfied with the resolution of their complaint/issue such as Damaged or Seal broken on Product, Wrong item received, Part/Accessory missing, Seller Description/Specification Wrong, Defective (Functional issues), Product not working and Manufacturer claims invalid Invoice etc. It is important that before a Buyer/Seller raises a dispute, they should attempt to solve the issue and we have a Dispute Resolution process in order to resolve disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
Devdut promises to give the best services with right product, in right time but there may be very less circumstance were buyer may face problems. Buyer can request for return policy (refund or return) only if items are defective, wrong item was sent by the seller, products or accessories were missing, product damaged during shipping. Buyer is solely responsible to request for the return option within the mentioned return period. Buyer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the Buyers account.
